Check the lubricating oil tank, oil quantity, and oil quality every six months. The oil window should be clear and free of leakage, and the box should be clean and free of dirt; Check the smoothness of the oil tank, the smoothness of the sliding surface, the amount of lubricating oil, the clearance between the wedge iron and the guide rail once a month, control the interior of the electrical cabinet and suspension operation box, timely remove dust, and clean the filter screen in the fan of the electrical cabinet.

Every week, lubricate the steel wire rope, wire rope pulley, and rotating bearing with lubricating grease. Regularly inspect for wear, corrosion, and broken wire strands. If problems occur, maintain them promptly. Once broken wire strands are found, they need to be replaced immediately!
